I don’t know why everyone’s getting so excited about the idea of Holden leaving Australia. Its only 2,900 jobs directly (if we don’t consider the flow-on loss of jobs in companies that supply and maintain for Holden).

Before the election, Mr Abbot and his mates promised they’d create 2 million new jobs. That’s why they are in government …. because they’re clever that way.

So we’ll still have thousands and thousands and thousands more jobs than we do now ……. so I’m not worried. Are you?
